• Our plantation shutters are manufactured locally by Creative Interior Shutters, a family owned and operated business. The shutters are manufactured using furniture grade poplar wood. Poplar wood is a fine-grained hardwood noted for its superb finishing and stability characteristics.
• Creative Interior Shutters have invested in the finest automated manufacturing machinery in the shutter industry. This allows our customers a reasonable turn around time from measuring to install. Yet despite a high degree of automation, skilled craftsmen are still needed to hand assemble, sand and finish your plantation shutters.
• Our shutters are available in 2 1/2, 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 louvers. The shutters have 2" stiles and a full 1/2" louver blade. There is no use of any finger-jointed wood. Each shutter is custom manufactured to fit in each opening and they are installed with decorative "Z" or "L" frames.
• Creative Interiors and AAA Blind Factory use only experienced installers who work exclusively for us and attend training sessions on a regular basis.
• Custom shutter shapes are available for any opening and can be manufactured for arches, sunbursts or curves. Custom color matching is available at no additional charge.
